In Australia and New Zealand, founders and investors often struggle to find the right capital partner once they have some scale (~$5m ARR+). Large investors often want to give them too much money, and they might be too low growth for VC investors. We are proud to be super flexible minority capital at the growth stage, funding growth as well as liquidity for existing shareholders. We can tailor a solution that meets the company's needs at this time in its journey, rather than forcing the company to investor needs.
