HotelClub was a global online hotel booking and loyalty platform. Following its sale to Cendant Corporation in 2004, HotelClub became part of Orbitz Worldwide Inc. (NSYE:OWW). In September 2015, Orbitz was acquired by Expedia Inc. and HotelClub was merged with Hotels.com, Expedia’s leading global online hotel booking brand.
